Medical – Alterations, Additions and Restyle

Alterations and additions (major remodelling) of an earlier conversion from residential to medical with new on-site parking and overall site modernisation. The new consulting rooms were designed as per the client’s medical brief and style of consulting to ensure ergonomically resolved layouts.

The building was almost doubled in floor area with all new work with wider circulation spaces, improved door widths and a new disabled compliant toilet, all to comply with AS-1428. Externally, disabled access was provided from the rear parking to the front entrance.
