A bank repossession, the home was in a sad way and required a major make-over.

The alterations and minor additions included removal of the existing single garage and insertion of a double garage with extensive engineering modification, insertion of beams to support upper two floors. An excavation adjacent to entrance to allow for a new studio (architects office) plus an internal re-organisation to create open plan living/dining/kitchen with all new updated bathrooms, thermal insulation, new roof and new windows throughout.
